UNITED PETFOOD NV is a Belgian company, situated in the harbour of Ghent, which is specialised in the production of extruded dry petfood products since 1997.
The company has since it’s beginning been focusing exclusively on private label products. It’s products are being sold all over the world, from Denmark to Kuwait, and from Russia to the United states.

UNITED PETFOOD uses the extrusion technology to cook your petfoods. This technique is used at its optimium to provide you highly digestible quality petfoods. Our experience and knowhow can give you the advantage over your competitors on the petfood market. All types of shape and colours are possible.

UNITED PETFOOD uses a vacuum core coater of the latest generation to spray oil, fats and other liquids over the products. With this multi coating device we can put up to ten different liquids and four different powders on top of your product. Thanks to this equipment we’re able to answer to all your demands concerning tastes and nutritional values of your product.

To answer to all your requirements concerning packaging UNITED PETFOOD has several packaging lines. Thanks to these possibilities we can provide you with all the latest closing- and bag types, going from 3kg up to 20 kg and every weight in between. If the customer requires it we can also deliver in bulk or bigbags.

With our highly flexible palletising system UNITED PETFOOD is able to deliver you the pallets in a way that is the most convenient for your logistic systems. All types of pallets and palletising patterns can be used. For the 15 kg bags we even have a 4 bags a layer pattern. This pattern offers your customers a better and easier way to reach the bags.
